Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to Profile, then Security, then Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel the subscription in Google Play first, because deleting your account does not cancel Google Play billing.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions bought in the Android app are managed and cancelled in Google Play. Subscriptions bought on the website can be managed from your account settings.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for purchases made in the Android app are issued by Google Play. For website purchases, email support with your email address and order ID. The Refund Policy has the details.
How are my calorie and macro targets calculated?
From the details you enter: a resting-burn equation (Mifflin-St Jeor, or Katch-McArdle if you give a body-fat percentage), an activity multiplier and the pace you choose. The result is an estimate, not a prescription.
How we calculate thisDo you sell my data?

Is CaloGoal medical advice?
